Michael Gaubert

Seasoned executive, entrepreneur and corporate legal counsel.

Practiced law for over 25 years, with more than two decades of litigation and trial experience working on complex business and commercial cases.

Former chairman and CEO of a delivery/rideshare start up launched in 2015. Worked with Derek Dunlop to develop and launch the app which gained notoriety as the rising upstart competing with Uber, Lyft, and Postmates.

Graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C.  BA in History with minors in Business Administration and African-American Studies from Southern Methodist University, Dallas Texas.

Kyle Fairbanks
Vice Chairman

Kyle is the co-founder & Executive Vice Chairman of Asset Entities.

Kyle co-founded the company for the Millennial & Gen-Z generation.  Realizing that the traditional stock markets were stacked against their generation, Asset Entities became an online ‘movement’ through their Discord Channels by sharing their knowledge of investment education for their community. Kyle oversees the AE Real Estate Discord server and is one of the company's Social influencers.

Kyle received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Chico.

Kyle is also a member of the Board of Directors.
 

Arshia Sarkhani
Chief Executive Officer

Arshia is the co-founder & CEO of Asset Entities.

Arshia has also been heavily involved in marketing and business growth through the Asset Entities platform developing close relationships with C-level executives where his approach and detailed revenue and consumer insights have been exceeding expectations over the last twelve months. 

With the launch of AE360 DDM, Arshia is leading the team.

Arshia received his Bachelor's Degree from San Diego State University.

Arshia is also a member of the Board of Directors.

Richard A. Burton
Director

Burton has an extensive legal career and licensed to practice law in Texas. He also has extensive board of director experience. 

Served as general counsel and executive vice president for Landmark Management Group. 

As part of his duties, he manages the corporate and regulatory affairs of companies in the financial services industry, in addition to managing the human resources department and acting as the company’s spokesperson. 

Former general counsel and EVP for Marketing Investors Corporation, where he managed the corporate and litigation affairs of businesses operating in the real estate, apparel, direct to consumer sales and restaurant industries.

He has been a director on several boards over the years, including Credit Associates, CID Resources

Richard received his Juris Doctorate from the Albany Law School of Union University and his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from State University of New York at Albany.

John A. Jack II
Director

Strong record of business team management and successes. An attorney licensed to practice law in Florida, Jack has been an Allstate Insurance Agent with offices in Boca Raton and Delray Beach, Florida. 

Throughout this time, these offices have won numerous awards from Allstate, including the Honor Ring for six years, Circle of Champions Award for three years, Inner Circle Elite Award for two years and the National Conference Award for one year. 
Served on the Advent Lutheran School Board from 2012 to 2016, and is currently serving on the Advent Luther Church Executive Committee. 

Received his Juris Doctorate from the Georgetown University Law Center and his Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Economics from the University of Miami. 

Played Division 1 College football for the famed Miami Hurricanes from 1985 to 1989 winning a national championship under the nationally known former coach, Jimmy Johnson, before attending law school at Georgetown.

Brian Regli
Director

Long record of executive and board experience.

Serves as CEO of Revere Suburban Realty. Previously CFO of DVNC since 2020. 

Regli was the CEO of Drakontas from which he transitioned to being the Director of Commerce for Montgomery County, Pennsylvania during which time he was also the Executive Director for Montgomery County Industrial Development Authority. 

Served on many boards and committees over the years, including being a member of the Board of Trustees for Gwynedd Mercy University and a director on the Cheltenham Township Community Development Corporation. 

MA & Ph.D. in Comparative Politics and International Economic Development from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. BA in Philosophy and Government, Georgetown University.

Scott K. McDonald
Director

Licensed to practice law in Texas. Over the course of the four decades, McDonald has been practicing law, he has represented buyers and sellers of real property and lenders in a variety of transactions, including clients who buy, sell and develop unimproved real property and who buy and sell improved property such as multifamily projects, retail projects and office buildings.  

Served as lender’s counsel for banks, savings and loans and private lenders. 

Served on the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of DeSoto. Mr. McDonald received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas and his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Mathematics from Southern Methodist University. 

He is qualified to serve on our Board of Directors due to his extensive legal career and commission experience.
